I have been contemplating about having a small website which would give information about myself under 5 mins. But, I have been asking myself what would be difference between having a LinkedIn profile or a CV? Finally, I pressed the button... For me LinkedIn is great as a professional network. I had to add quite few keywords, build and describe my profile in a certain way to make life easier for recruiters. But, I wanted to have a one page profile with just the most important information about my professional career. Also, it is tedious to link my GitHub, blog and other handles to LinkedIn profile. Coming to CVs, I always had recruiters asking me to send my latest one to them. I am hoping that this site will act as a preview to my skill set and abilities. After looking at my site, If you still think I am the right choice for the job, I added a download link to my CV on this site. Et voila, I finally have a professional microsite to exhibit my skills and abilities.
